Once again, there are double shotgun starts to accommodate a larger field of players. Boys & Girls 16-18 age divisions will play in the 7:30 AM shotgun starts both days. The Boys & Girls 12 & Under and Boys & Girls 13-15 age divisions will play in the 1:30 PM shotgun starts both days.
Entry Priority: based on receipt of a complete, eligible entry.
Field size: limited to first 120 combined eligible participants in each shotgun that are received by the entry deadline on Friday, April 29 at 5:00 PM.

Eligibility
Players MUST be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of each respective National Championship to be eligible to earn an exemption. A player that will become 19 years of age prior to the end of his or her respective National Championship (Boys and Girls: August 2-5, 2022) will not be allowed to compete.
Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and must NOT be full-time college students. A player who has begun his or her collegiate career is NOT eligible.
Players under 16 years of age who wish to qualify for the National Championship must register in the oldest (16-18) age division and play from the same tees as the oldest (16-18) division.
Open to players who have permanent residence within the boundaries of the Pacific Northwest PGA Section prior to April 1, 2022 and maintain such residence through the Section Championship (June 4-5). Players establishing permanent residency after April 1 may appeal for entry to the Pacific Northwest PGA Section.

The champion (and runner up) will have the opportunity to join 144 of the nation’s top female junior golfers in the PGA of America’s premium junior event, the Girls Junior PGA Championship, hosted on August 2-5, 2022 at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club in Palos Park, Illinois.
The Girls Junior PGA Championship is where some of the best in the world get their start. Many of today’s LPGA Tour professionals made their debut at the Championship. Notable past participants include: Inbee Park, Lexi Thompson, Cristie Kerr, Grace Park, Michelle Wie, and Dottie Pepper.
