Improve Your Teaching Using the Golfing Machine and Technology

3 PGA Required MSR credits / 1 AMP credit | Dress: golf attire | Cost: $35

In this modern era of golf instruction with all its tools and technologies, we as instructors have better diagnostic information than ever. The Golfing Machine represents a unique perspective through which to interpret this information and establish clear priorities for our students. The Golfing Machine textbook offers a systematic pathway to improvement by providing numerous options and interchangeable components which can be custom-tailored to the students needs. Join us for a spirited discussion about this respected system which is utilized by dozens of Golf Digest top 100 instructors. We will discuss the influence of The Golfing Machine in instructional history, some of it’s great practitioners and players and share ideas through which your teaching can become more efficient, systematic and effective.

Doug DuChateau established the Precision Golf School at Fiddler’s Green in 2007 and his life in golf spans 5 decades. His amateur career is highlighted by his time at the University of Oregon where he was named to the All-PAC 10 team and wins at the Western Intercollegiate, and the Pacific Northwest Players Championship.  A successful professional player, his desire to teach compelled him to complete PGA Class A education and training and most importantly education and extensive training in The Golfing Machine system, completing the bachelor degree level (GSEB), the master’s degree level (GSEM), and at present Doug has recently completed extensive programs to earn his doctorate (GSED).
