The purpose of the training program is to learn how to provide a comfortable first experience for military veterans. PGA Professionals attending one of these sessions will be eligible to participate as instructors in PGA HOPE programs. This program is also a great opportunity for PGA Professionals to be trained to teach all people with disabilities at their clubs. If you have attended the training in the past, please feel free to take it again as there is new information. Each individual workshop day will run from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with multiple breaks and a hosted lunch included. The cost to attend an individual session is $25 but those who register for all three can do so for $60 and will get a copy of the Official Guide to the Rules of Golf as well. Our hope with these workshops is to provide the same quality presentation as the national Rules Workshop but to do so at a more effective cost. Additionally, PGA Members will be awarded 7 PGA PDR credits for each workshop they attend.
