The Pacific Northwest Section PGA Junior Golf Fund, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation, committed to the future of golf by educating juniors and providing them the opportunity to play.
PGA HOPE is a program that introduces the game of golf through a developmental 6-8 week curriculum, taught by PGA Professionals that are trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency. All programs are funded and supported by PGA REACH National and PGA REACH Pacific Northwest to provide this program free to all Veterans.
Two separate Player Development Grant Programs are available to support Pacific Northwest Section Members and Associates. Our goals are to provide as many grants as possible, with a maximum of $1,000 per grant. We will focus on enhancing your programs rather than fully funding them.
Grants are also available for the PNWPGA JAM program. JAM intentionally develops junior participants into leaders in their community through opportunities to develop junior golf events, fundraise for charities, participate in charitable programs, and receive mentoring from PGA Professionals and business leaders.
The FREDDY (Forming Relationships to Expand Diversity and Develop Youth) Initiative is a program designed to give special internship opportunities in the golf industry to individuals that show an interest in golf and would strongly benefit from a mentoring relationship.
