Knowles Wins PNW PGA Senior Players’ Championship

Walla Walla, WA – Wine Valley Golf Club, 6,525 Yards, Par 72

Field – 116 PGA Professionals and amateurs.

PGA Professional Mark Knowles of McCormick Woods GC won the PNW Senior Players’ Championship on April 19 at Wine Valley GC.  Both tournament days were cold and windy, but Knowles prevailed through the wind to come out on top!  PGA Professional Birk Nelson of Orange Whip Trainer finished second.

Low amateur honors went to Bradley Karns of Tri Mountain GC and Michael Cairns of The Home Course.

The PNW PGA Senior Players’ Championship is a 36-hole stroke play championship. There are professional and individual amateur competitions with both gross and net payouts.
