How to Boost Event Income through Grants

Join us for a 60-minute webinar presented by Justin Gravatt. Do you host events for golfers from out of town? Or others event where golfers stay overnight in hotel rooms? If so, then this webinar is for you! Learn how you are eligible to receive lodging tax grants to help fund and recruit events to your facility.

Justin has served on the City of DuPont’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and has also sat on the Tourism Board for the city of DuPont.  It is through this volunteer work that he discovered an untapped resource that many PGA Professionals can benefit from, the Lodging Tax.  Lodging Tax is collected from every hotel room night and it goes into a fund that is given out in the form of grants for the purpose of generating more tourism.  Millions of dollars are collected and distributed annually. Hosting events such as Drive, Chip and Putt, PGA Jr. League and WSGA/PNGA tournaments can be a win/win situation!

This webinar will be held via Google Meet. Receive 1 PGA Required MSR / 1 AMP Credit for attending.
