1. Register & pay below (or print and complete the PDF form). You will input your primary company and your contact information on the following form.
  2. Add additional companies or representatives at no extra cost, if you wish.
  3. Purchase an ad in the merchandise show book (optional).
  4. Look for a proof a few days after we receive your completed contract. PLEASE respond promptly with your approval or edits so we have the correct info.
  5. If your booth requires power, internet or phone, please order from the Oregon Convention Center.

Booth Package Includes:

  • Fully draped booth with carpeting
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 6′ draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 ID sign for booth (7″ x 44″, two lines) – each 10×10 space comes with one sign. If you need multiple signs, please contact us.
