PNW PGA “Stay Involved” Education with Monte Koch and Caleb Hung

Sponsored by Tagmarshal

This webinar will be held via Google Meet. Receive 1 PGA Required PDR or 1/2 AMP Education Credit for attending.
With a relatively soft labor market, the days of posting a job and getting several resumes are over. Monte and Caleb will share some concepts and “better practices” for building your facility and professional reputation as a “top flight employer” who pays well, provides reasonable work-life balance and coaches up high potential, high quality golf professionals.
Along with these “better practices,” we’ll go through an interactive portion that will include some of the keys that Caleb Hung, as a PGA Recruiting Specialist, is hearing from younger PGA associates, PQs and even those who are considering a career in golf.

Monte Koch is a PGA Certified Professional in Player Development and is a Career Services Consultant for the PGA of America, serving PGA professionals/employers in the Pacific NW & Rocky Mountain PGA Sections.

Caleb Hung is a Pacific Northwest Section PGA Member.  He spent his first 15 years in the golf industry working at private clubs and held positions as Assistant Golf Professional and Membership & Communications Director.  During that time, Caleb was also actively participating in all levels of PGA leadership and governance.  He chaired the Western Washington Chapter Assistant’s Committee and was eventually elected to serve on the Western Washington Chapter Board of Directors.  After two years on the Board, he was elected to serve as the Chapter Secretary and ultimately served as the Vice-President of the Chapter before stepping down to become part of the PGA Career Services Team.  He serves as the Section Orientation Committee Chair, as it is closely related to his current role as Recruiting Specialist for the PGA of America, and is a graduate of the PGA LEAD program.
