Join us for a 90-minute webinar presented by Chuck West, PGA and Kathy Brown, PGA.

Chuck West is the recipient of the 2017 PNW PGA Perry Williams Award. In addition to serving the Section Rules Committee, he has served the PGA National Rules Committee for 26 years. He has taught or coordinated over 30 USGA/PGA Rules of Golf workshops and webinars.

Kathy Brown received the PNW PGA Perry Williams Award in 2015, 2016 and 2019 and serves on the PGA National Rules Committee.
