National Car Rental PNW Assistant PGA Professional Championship Entries Close Soon

Entries are now available for the National Car Rental PNW Assistant PGA Professional Championship on August 2, 2021. The entry deadline is Wednesday, July 21 at 1:00 PM Pacific (4:00 Eastern). Please pay close attention to the entry deadline, as no late entries will be accepted! Eligibility

You must be employed as an A-8 or as a PGA Associate (including Associate Head Professional) as of July 21 to be eligible to play in the National Car Rental PNW Assistant PGA Professional Championship.

Grooves and Punch Mark Specifications

In making a stroke, the player must use clubs that conform to the groove and punch mark specifications in the Equipment Rules that took effect on 1 January 2010. Ping Eye 2 irons manufactured before 31 March 1990 with a groove spacing to groove width ratio of 2.3 to 1 are allowed for play under Rules of Golf, even when this Local Rule is in effect (See Model Local Rule G-2 in Committee Procedures).

Advancement

The top 3 finishers will advance directly to the 45th National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship, held November 11-14 at PGA Golf Club, Wanamaker Course in Port St. Lucie, FL.

Illahe Hills Country Club

Illahe Hills Country Club provides a challenging golf experience in a grand setting.  A backdrop of trees line the traditional layout, designed by renowned golf course architect William Bell and opened for play in 1961.  Illahe Hills has played host to many of Oregon’s major golf events, as well as USGA Championships.
