Drive, Chip and Putt – Find a Competition Near You!

The Masters Tournament Foundation, PGA of America and United States Golf Association have teamed up to bring us a Local Qualifier for the Drive Chip and Putt Championship.  This exciting skills competition for junior golfers is the first stage in the quest to represent the region at Augusta National Golf Club the Sunday before the 2016 Masters.

There are still 9 local qualifiers in the Pacific Northwest. The competition is free and is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 15.  Registration is easy, just go to www.drivechipandputt.com.  Please spread the word about this unique opportunity!

The competition provides for the players to hit three chips, three putts and three drives. Points are awarded for accuracy in chipping and putting and primarily distance in the driving. Participants will be grouped based on their age as of the championship final on Sunday, April 3, 2016. Participants must be at least 7 years of age on Sunday, April 3, 2016, and may not be older than 15 years of age on Sunday, April 3, 2016. The top three finishers in each age/gender division will advance a Subregional competition in August.  The age divisions are 7-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15.

Promoting this program to your members, customers, staff and friends is a no-brainer. It’s great fun with the added opportunity to advance.
