Pearsall and Hurlbert Cruise to Victory at PNW PGA Pro-Am Bothell, WA- Jerry Pearsall and Craig Hurlbert put their games in cruise control during the second round of the PNW PGA Pro-Am at Mill Creek CC, and strolled to a one shot victory over the teams of Jeff Tachell - Dean Wilson and Chuck Milne - Mark Tedder. Pearsall and Hurlbert's opening round of ten-under par, 62 was too much to handle for the remaining teams, and the rain soaked conditions during the second round made birdie opportunities hard to come by. This was Pearsall and Hurlbert's first ever PNW PGA title, and they look to next October to try and defend their victory in this four-ball stroke play(best ball) format. The low score during the final round of play belonged to Jeff Tachell and Dean Wilson. Their round included nine birdies by the professional, Tachell, alone. This strong finish helped them to move into a tie for 2nd place overall. Final results are listed below. |
