PNW PGA Section MSR Opportunities
Become the Chief Engagement Officer at Your Facility
Monte Koch, PGA Player Development Regional Manager
These days, great service or even great operations don’t create revenue. Who inspires and engages the customer, the member, at the golf course, to join the club or to stay in the club? The PGA “Chief Engagement Officer” (CEO) is the professional who makes the service quality, the operations matter. This professional knows “engagement is the means to the end.” Engagement focused on customer (or member) activation, customer retention and customer acquisition is what will be the driver of bottom line success now and in the future. If you want to learn how to grow into the most valuable CEO for your facility, please register today!
