The photo can be of your club champions (group shot or combined photo of men's/women's champion), your clubhouse of course, your president or general manager, or something similar. Please send high-resolution JPGs.
Notes
We will bill you in April 2012. Your fee of $200 includes your club name and color logo, your club officials and 4 club champions, plus a color photo. Additional champions may be added for $20 each for a maximum of 9 lines in your club listing.
You will receive one book per champion and official listed.
